Draft for our lawyer to review before launch. Text marked in [square brackets] is still to be filled in.
Who we are.
[Legal name], trading as Nawah, [address]. Data protection contact: [name], [email].
What we collect.
When you send a form or a blueprint: your name, company, email or WhatsApp number, market, message, the blueprint and your consents. We ask for nothing else.
Why.
To reply to your request and, only if you agree, to send new articles at most once a month.
The AI assistant.
If you use it, what you type goes to Anthropic's service to suggest options, so don't include personal details. We keep the text only if you send your blueprint.
Measurement.
We count visits with a random number that lasts 30 minutes and isn't linked to you. We don't keep your IP address, and we use no ad pixels.
Who receives data.
Our hosting provider [name], Cloudflare (network and bot protection), Resend (email), Cal.com (bookings), Anthropic (the AI assistant) and Sentry (error reports).
Where.
On servers in [country]. Some of these providers work in other countries, including the United States. [The lawyer sets out the legal basis for transfers.]
How long.
Requests that don't become clients are deleted after 24 months, and visit records after 13 months.
Your rights.
Under Egypt's Law 151 of 2020 and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to [email]; we reply within [number] days. You can also complain to [the authority in your country].
